Superior University successfully organised “Connect & Engage: Solving Industry Challenges through University Research” at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). It brought together academic and industry leaders to explore how research can address real-world business challenges.
The session featured insightful discussions led by Dr Imran Shah, Dean, Faculty of Medical & Dental Sciences, and Dr Sami Ullah Bajwa, Director, ORIC, Superior University. Dr Rab Nawaz Lodhi, Associate Professor at Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab and Senior Research Fellow at Virscend University, California, USA, and Zafar Iqbal, COO of Symtera Technologies, also shared valuable perspectives on translating academic research into practical industry solutions.
The session chaired by Tanveer Ahmad Sheikh, Acting President, LCCI. Representatives from Superior University’s Office of Employability and Alumni Relations also participated in the discussion.
The event highlighted Superior University’s commitment to strengthening academia-industry collaboration, research, innovation, and knowledge exchange. It creates meaningful pathways for research to contribute to industry and society.
