Rector Superior University, Prof. Dr. Sumaira Rehman participated at the second roundtable of the Rectors’ Conference 2024, held at Abasyn University, Peshawar, under the theme “Character Mastery: A Key to Achieving and Sustaining Success.” This significant event convened 13 vice chancellors from public sector universities, 12 from private institutions, and various representatives from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and PEC regulatory authorities. Academic leaders from numerous institutions also participated, enriching the dialogue.
The discussions built upon insights from the previous roundtable held in Lahore, emphasizing the vital importance of character mastery in both personal and professional development. Participants explored how fostering character enhances leadership qualities, instills integrity, and promotes long-term success within educational institutions and society as a whole.
This focused dialogue aims to reshape the landscape of higher education, establishing a new standard that integrates academic excellence with moral and ethical development. By prioritizing character mastery, institutions can better prepare future leaders to navigate complex challenges.
