Superior IEEE-CS Society Hosts Workshop on AI in Industry 6.0

The Superior IEEE-CS Society, in collaboration with the Superior Research Society, successfully organized a hands-on workshop on “Role of Artificial Intelligence in Industry 6.0: Core Skills for Technical Team Leads.”

The engaging session was conducted by Dr. Wajahat Qazi — Senior Member IEEE, Member NCAI, Chairman Neo Cog, Presidential Award Winner, Advisor to the Federal Ministry of IT & Telecom (MITT), and Member of the National Taskforce on AI. Dr. Qazi, who has also contributed to shaping Pakistan’s Vision 2025, shared deep insights into the transformative role of AI in driving the next wave of industrial innovation.

The workshop focused on real-world AI applications, covering key domains such as Hyper-Interfacing, Sustainability, and the Essential Skill Sets required for future-ready computing professionals. Participants gained practical knowledge on how AI is shaping Industry 6.0 and the critical competencies needed to lead technical teams in an evolving digital ecosystem.

Importantly, the session was aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 8, and 9, which emphasize advancing quality education, promoting decent work and economic growth, and fostering innovation through sustainable technological solutions.
