The Social Entrepreneurship Programme (SEP) under the Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CMACED) at Superior University has successfully conducted two pivotal sessions within the ongoing Coach Capacity Building Programme – Spring 2026. The first session, led by Ms. Minahil Khan, Programme Executive SEP-CMACED, focused on the “Course Learning Framework and Guidelines,” providing coaches with a detailed understanding of the programme’s academic structure, learning objectives, assessment mechanisms, and implementation protocols to ensure alignment with its experiential education model.
This foundational training was followed by an esteemed evaluation session featuring Mr. Rana Hassan Afzal, Country Head of AWT, as an external expert. Drawing upon his extensive industry experience, Mr. Afzal assessed the coaches’ learning outcomes, offered constructive feedback, and provided practical insights on impact-driven mentoring and project assessment. His evaluation reinforced the programme’s quality standards and ensured that academic objectives remain closely connected to tangible social impact.
These sessions underscore SEP’s rigorous approach to building educator capacity and maintaining excellence in social entrepreneurship education. By equipping coaches with both structured pedagogical frameworks and real-world evaluative perspectives, Superior University ensures that students receive guided, high-quality mentorship to design and execute meaningful Social Action Projects. This initiative highlights the university’s commitment to fostering a generation of socially conscious leaders capable of developing sustainable solutions to community challenges.
