Living with the Qur’an, Leading with Character: A Transformational Reflection Session at Superior University

Superior University marked a significant milestone in its transformational journey with an exclusive reflection session led by Prof. Dr Ch. Abdul Rehman, Chairman of Superior University. The session signified the next phase of the visionary initiative,

“Cultivating Leadership Character.”

Rooted in the belief that true leadership begins with strong moral and spiritual foundations, the initiative encourages the Superior community to deepen its understanding of the Qur’an as the ultimate source of guidance and direction. The reflection session emphasised that leadership is not merely about authority or achievement, but about character, courage, competence, and conscious responsibility.

Addressing faculty and participants, Prof. Dr. Abdul Rehman highlighted how aligning personal and professional life with divine wisdom nurtures integrated excellence, spiritually grounded, ethically strong, and socially responsible. He underscored that meaningful leadership emerges when individuals embody values that elevate not only themselves but also the communities they serve.

The session invited attendees to undertake a purposeful journey toward personal refinement, professional integrity, and societal contribution through a deeper connection with the Qur’an. It reinforced Superior University’s commitment to developing leaders who are guided by principle, strengthened by faith, and driven by a higher purpose.

Through initiatives like “Cultivating Leadership Character,” Superior University continues to shape a culture where spiritual growth and leadership development go hand in hand, preparing individuals to lead with character in every sphere of life.
