The Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology (Team Alpha) at Superior University conducted an engaging reflection session on the book Re-defining Success, reaffirming its commitment to character-driven education and continuous professional development.

Held under the guidance of Coach Dr. Arfan Jaffar and the leadership of Dr. Muhammad Azam, Faculty Leader – Computer Science, the session focused on Chapters 8 to 13 of the book. Faculty members explored thought-provoking themes, including the four major traps through which Satan may mislead individuals, the diseases of the heart and their influence on personal, professional, spiritual, and social life, and practical strategies for self-improvement, emotional intelligence, and character development.

The interactive discussion encouraged participants to reflect on ethical decision-making, purposeful leadership, and the importance of cultivating strong values in both academic and professional settings. The session also reinforced the role of self-awareness and continuous learning in becoming effective educators and responsible leaders.
