The Research Cell at Azra Naheed Dental College, in collaboration with the Department of Medical and Dental Education, organized a hands-on workshop titled “Master the Art of Referencing with EndNote” on Thursday, 6th November 2025. The session, held at Computer Lab 1 on the Lahore campus, provided students and early-career researchers with practical training in reference management and academic writing tools.
Facilitated by Prof. Dr. Usman Sana, Dr. Hammad Hassan, Dr. Naila Umer, and Prof. Dr. Hira Asghar, the workshop offered live demonstrations and interactive exercises on using EndNote for citation management, formatting references, and organizing research materials. Participants gained valuable skills to streamline their academic work and improve the quality of their research outputs.
The event emphasized the importance of proper referencing and efficient research organization in maintaining academic integrity. By mastering tools like EndNote, students can focus more on content development and critical analysis, knowing their references are accurately managed.
