Chairman’s Visionary Session Aligns University Stakeholders with Character Mastery Goals

Prof. Dr. Chaudhary Abdul Rehman, Chairman of The Superior Group, delivered an enlightening session to the Character Mastery team, including Deans, Heads of Departments, Program Leaders, Master Trainers, Club Advisors, and House Leaders. The session reviewed the progress of Character Mastery Groups and outlined the next quarter’s plan for the Character Mastery project.

During the session, the Chairman emphasized the importance of integrating Character Mastery into student sports, highlighting essential values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, stewardship, gratitude, humility, and the spirit of celebration. Participants shared valuable insights on fostering a culture where sportsmanship transcends competition, instilling lifelong lessons in discipline, integrity, and mutual respect—values that extend beyond academics into professional and personal lives.

As a token of love for the Superior Family, Prof. Dr. Chaudhary Abdul Rehman presented “The Light of the Universe – Muhammad (PBUH)” to HoDs, Club Advisors, and House Leaders, reinforcing the connection between character development and holistic education. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel in academics, sports, and cultural pursuits while upholding strong ethical values.
