Entrepreneurial Mindset in Action: Empowering Educators at Superior University

Superior University proudly hosted an impactful session at ETTP CMACED, featuring Dr. Tehreem Masood, Head of the Department of Software Engineering, and Prof. Dr. Rashida Perveen, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. Their session on the topic, “Entrepreneurial Mindset in Action,” aimed to inspire and empower educators to embrace innovation and entrepreneurship in their professional practices.

The event focused on the objectives of the Character Competency Building Program (CCBP), which seeks to equip faculty members with the skills to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among students. By practicing entrepreneurship themselves, educators can guide students to establish self-owned businesses, contributing to economic growth and sustainability.

This session reflected Superior University’s dedication to preparing faculty and students to make meaningful contributions to the economy through innovative thinking, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The valuable insights shared during this session will undoubtedly help educators inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs who are ready to tackle the challenges of the modern world.
