The Entrepreneurship Teaching & Training Programme (ETTP), under the Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CMACED), recently conducted an intensive session for its Coach Capacity Building Programme, Spring 2026. The session, led by Programme Director ETTP, Dr. Humaira Qudsiya Yousaf, was designed to equip academic coaches with the advanced pedagogical tools and entrepreneurial mindset required to mentor the next generation of innovators.
Focusing on translating theory into practice, the interactive workshop emphasised hands-on activities, real-time problem-solving, and collaborative learning strategies. These methods are central to ETTP’s mission of fostering creativity, initiative, risk-taking and project management skills, core competencies that enable individuals to transform ideas into viable social or commercial ventures.
Dr. Humaira Qudsiya Yousaf’s leadership exemplified the programme’s commitment to transforming educators into entrepreneurial leaders themselves. By enhancing the coaching capacity of faculty, Superior University strengthens its entire entrepreneurial ecosystem, ensuring that students receive guidance rooted in both academic insight and practical industry relevance. This initiative underscores the university’s strategic vision of embedding entrepreneurship across the curriculum, thereby cultivating a culture of innovation and proactive leadership essential for sustainable economic and social development.
