Superior University, through its Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, successfully organised a hands-on training session on Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) for students of the BS Cardiac Perfusion programme.
The session was designed to provide practical exposure and enhance clinical knowledge of students by bridging the gap between theoretical learning and real-world medical practice. Participants had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain insights into the effective use of IABP, a critical skill in cardiac care.
Held at the Fazal Muhammad Auditorium, the training offered an interactive learning environment where students engaged in skill-based activities and developed a deeper understanding of advanced cardiac procedures.
This initiative reflects Superior University’s commitment to healthcare education, hands-on learning, and the development of future-ready medical professionals equipped with essential clinical skills.
