IEEE Future Tech’26 at Superior University Equips Students with AI Innovation Skills

Superior University continues to strengthen its position at the forefront of closely bound to the future education through IEEE Future Tech’26, where the IEEE CS Society, in collaboration with KNOWA AI Systems Architect and IEEE Lahore Section, successfully organized an impactful hands-on workshop on Artificial Intelligence Integrated Databases, Web, and Product-Based Learning at Superior University Gold Campus.

Designed to bridge academic learning with technological advancement, the workshop provided students with immersive exposure to practical AI frameworks, product-based development, and industry innovation strategies essential for tomorrow’s digital economy.

The session was led by distinguished technology leaders, including Dr. Wajahat Qazi, Vice Chair IEEE RAS, Member NCAI, Advisor to the Federal Ministry of IT & Telecom, Senior Member NTF on AI at the Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives, alongside Dr. Asmara Safdar, Member NCAI, affiliated with COMSATS University Islamabad and the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST).

Through expert guidance, participants explored how artificial intelligence can be integrated into databases, web systems, and product ecosystems while strengthening AI governance and practical application in modern industries. The workshop challenged students to think beyond theory and develop skill sets aligned with emerging technological demands.

Importantly, IEEE Future Tech’26 also reflected Superior University’s broader commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by preparing students to become ready for the future innovators capable of contributing meaningful solutions to global challenges.

This initiative stands as another milestone in Superior University’s mission to empower students with knowledge, innovation, and the practical competencies required to lead in the era of artificial intelligence.
