Superior University continues to nurture values-driven leadership through Phase Two of the Superior Leading with Character Project. As part of this initiative, a meaningful Reflection Session on Tafseer Book 1 was conducted, bringing together coaches, assistant coaches, and team members for collective learning and growth.
The session focused on deepening understanding of the Quran through structured reflection and dialogue. Participants engaged thoughtfully with the teachings, exploring how timeless guidance can shape personal character, strengthen integrity, and inspire responsible leadership in daily life.
More than a study circle, the gathering became a space for shared insight and spiritual connection. Through open discussion and contemplation, attendees strengthened their commitment to living with purpose and embodying values rooted in faith and character.
The Superior Leading with Character Project reflects the university’s broader mission to combine academic excellence with moral and ethical development. By integrating knowledge with character formation, Superior University aims to cultivate individuals who lead with wisdom, empathy, and strong principles.
This reflection session stands as another step toward building a community grounded in understanding, growth, and character mastery.
