
The School of Culinary Arts, Superior University, recently hosted an inspiring industry dialogue session with renowned culinary professional Chef Noor Irfan, widely known as “Just a Picky Eater,” aimed at advancing culinary education in Pakistan to international standards.
During her visit, Chef Noor Irfan met with Vice President Mr. Hamza Rehman, Head of Department Maryum Sohaib, and the School of Culinary Arts team to explore collaborative opportunities focused on strengthening industry–academia linkages and enhancing student learning experiences.
Chef Noor brings extensive international experience, having trained and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across North America and Europe, including the acclaimed Aloette Kitchen (Toronto, Canada) and Cinc Sentits (Barcelona, Spain). She is also currently a Culinary School candidate at George Brown College in Canada.
In recognition of her expertise and global exposure, Chef Noor Irfan has joined the Advisory Board of the School of Culinary Arts at Superior University, where she will contribute to curriculum enrichment, mentorship, and alignment with global culinary trends and professional standards.
Her involvement is expected to provide students with valuable insights into international culinary practices, emerging food industry trends, and high-level professional competencies, further strengthening the institution’s commitment to global excellence in culinary education.
