Superior Care Society Hosts Successful TB Awareness Session in Collaboration with PTB Punjab

Superior University, through the Superior Care Society in collaboration with Punjab Tuberculosis Control Program (PTB Punjab), successfully organised the impactful session “Ending TB in Punjab: From Awareness to Action.”

The event brought together students, healthcare advocates, speakers, and community members committed to spreading awareness and promoting collective action against tuberculosis (TB). The session focused on the critical importance of education, early prevention, timely diagnosis, and community support in the fight against TB.

Through meaningful discussions and awareness-building activities, participants explored how collective efforts can help reduce stigma surrounding tuberculosis while encouraging individuals to seek proper medical care and support. The session also reinforced the need for stronger public health awareness to build healthier communities across Punjab.

Superior University continues to play an active role in promoting social responsibility and public health education by organising initiatives that address pressing healthcare challenges and encourage student engagement in community welfare.

The successful session concluded with a shared commitment to continue raising awareness, breaking misconceptions, and working together towards a healthier, TB-free future for all.
