Superior University: Empowering Educators Through Design Thinking for Entrepreneurship

Superior University hosted an engaging session under the Character Competency Building Program (CCBP), featuring Rohail Shehzad, Senior Lecturer and Club Advisor, Department of Information Technology, and Dr. Rao Muhammad Asif, Assistant Professor and Program Leader, Faculty of Engineering & Technology. The session focused on the topic “Design Thinking” and its role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

The discussion highlighted the importance of Design Thinking as a problem-solving framework that encourages creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking. Both speakers shared their expertise, emphasizing how this approach can be instrumental in developing an entrepreneurial mindset among educators.

Aligned with the objectives of CCBP, the session aimed to empower faculty members to practice entrepreneurship themselves and guide students toward establishing self-owned businesses.
