
The Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Center for Entrepreneurship Development at Superior University has successfully conducted Day 3 of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 with a specialized session on “Customer-Centric Market Analysis: Finding, Reaching & Winning Your Audience.” The event provided aspiring entrepreneurs with practical frameworks for developing market-focused business strategies.
Senior Manager Ms. Tayyaba Farhat of ETTP and ID-92 led the session, sharing valuable insights on identifying target audiences, building customer relationships, and creating effective engagement strategies. Participants gained practical knowledge in mapping customer behaviors and developing approaches to attract and retain loyal customers.
The interactive workshop emphasized how deep customer understanding serves as the foundation for successful startups.
