Superior University hosted the Pre-Budget Roundtable 2026–27 through the CARBS Business Policy Lab, bringing together leading academics, policymakers, industry experts, and financial sector representatives to engage in meaningful discussions on Pakistan’s economic priorities and future policy direction.

The dialogue served as a platform for evidence-based discussions on key economic challenges and opportunities, including tax reforms, social sector investments, innovation-driven growth, research and development, and strategies to address the growing issue of brain drain. Participants shared insights on creating policies that can strengthen economic resilience while fostering sustainable development and long-term prosperity.

The roundtable emphasized the importance of collaborative policymaking and stakeholder engagement in shaping economic frameworks that support entrepreneurship, human capital development, and inclusive growth. Discussions highlighted the need for balanced fiscal measures that encourage investment, enhance productivity, and create meaningful opportunities for future generations.

By bringing together diverse perspectives from academia, government, industry, and the financial sector, the event reinforced the role of universities as thought leaders in addressing national challenges and contributing to public policy discourse.
