The sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive fitness experience, featuring circuit training, strength-building exercises, cardio workouts, and flexibility routines, all guided by professional trainers. With a focus on group motivation and structured training, the programme aims to help students improve physical fitness, build endurance, and maintain overall wellbeing.
To ensure convenience and inclusivity, both separate and combined sessions are being offered, allowing students to participate in a comfortable and supportive environment.
