The Superior Literary Society, Superior University, is set to organize a grand Mushaira titled “Dastan-e-Sukhan”, a literary evening dedicated to celebrating poetry, culture, and artistic expression in honor of renowned poet Shahzad Nair.
The event will be led by Abbas Tabish and will feature distinguished poets including Ikram Hafiz, Hameeda Shaheen, Sajjad Baloch, Saima Aftab, Khalid Nadeem Shani, and Ikram Arfii, bringing together some of the most celebrated voices in contemporary Urdu poetry.
“Dastan-e-Sukhan” aims to create an immersive literary experience where words transform into artistic expression, allowing audiences to engage with themes of emotion, reflection, and cultural richness through powerful poetic performances.
The evening will conclude with a soulful Ghazal performance by Zartaj Hassan, adding a musical dimension to the event and creating an atmosphere of artistic harmony that blends poetry and melody.
