Superior University PhD Scholar Receives EURAM 2026 Doctoral Scholarship and Best Paper Award Nomination

The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at Superior University proudly congratulates Ms. Ramish Moeen, a PhD Scholar at the Chaudhry Abdul Razzak School of Business (CARBS), on being awarded the prestigious EURAM Doctoral Colloquium 2026 Scholarship by the European Academy of Management (EURAM), hosted by the University of Agder (UiA), Norway.

Further elevating this achievement, her research paper titled “From Observation to Conservation: How Supervisor Ostracism Triggers Observers’ Quiet Quitting and Career Consequences in a High Power Distance Context” has been shortlisted for the EURAM 2026 Best Paper Award.

This international recognition highlights the quality, relevance, and global impact of research being conducted at Superior University.
