
Superior University has taken another progressive step towards advancing women in technology by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HCC Technology Foundation, a forward-looking company committed to fostering technological literacy and creating pathways for women in STEM fields.
The agreement was formally signed by Ms. Tania Ch, CEO of HCC Technology, and Mr. Asif Aziz Khan, Deputy Director Alumni Office, Superior University. This collaboration sets the stage for a wide range of joint initiatives, including specialized training programs, hands-on workshops, expert-led seminars, and national-level conferences. With a strong focus on emerging domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Development, the partnership aims to equip young women with the skills, confidence, and professional networks needed to excel in the global technology sector.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, both organizations expressed their shared vision of building a more inclusive and innovative technology ecosystem in Pakistan. By combining Superior University’s academic excellence and HCC Technology’s industry expertise, the MoU will open doors for aspiring female technologists to access mentorship, career development resources, and real-world exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
The event also highlighted Superior University’s flagship #NextYou campaign, which continues to inspire and support students in achieving their future goals. A special emphasis was placed on the Rector’s Women Development Scholarship, a unique initiative dedicated to empowering young women through financial support and academic opportunities, enabling them to pursue their dreams without barriers.
