In a powerful reflection session led by the Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ch. Abdul Rehman, the University revisited its transformational philosophy, “From Belief to Impact – Leading a Superior Pakistan through the 3C Advantage.” The session reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to embedding this vision across all levels of academia and administration.
Rooted in the divine teachings of the Holy Quran, the 3C Framework is designed to nurture graduates with strong Character, empowering them with Courage to take initiative as job creators rather than job seekers, and equipping them with Competence to generate meaningful impact on society and the national economy.
The session brought together Deans, Directors, senior management, faculty members, and support teams, creating a unified space for reflection, alignment, and shared purpose. Participants collectively reinforced the importance of integrating the 3C philosophy into teaching, learning, and institutional culture.
