Superior University welcomed a distinguished delegation from six Palestinian universities in a powerful demonstration of solidarity with the students and people of Gaza. The visit, coordinated with OIC-COMSTECH, aimed to strengthen academic cooperation and support higher education institutions in Palestine.
The delegation included representatives from Al-Azhar University, Al-Aqsa University, and Israa University, among others. Mr. Hamza Rehman, Director of The Superior Group, welcomed the delegates to campus, where they toured facilities and discussed shared educational goals. The visit culminated in the signing of memoranda of understanding between Superior University and the Palestinian institutions.
These agreements establish a framework for academic collaboration, student support, and knowledge exchange, creating what both sides described as “a partnership for hope, education and reconstruction.” The new bond represents a shared commitment to maintaining educational opportunities in Gaza and supporting Palestinian youth during ongoing challenges.
Through these partnerships, Superior University and the Palestinian universities seek to reinforce the longstanding bond between Pakistan and Palestine while creating pathways for educational exchange and mutual understanding. The collaboration aims to preserve academic excellence and create opportunities for students despite current difficulties, embodying both institutions’ belief in education as a force for positive change.
