Superior University continues to advance its “Leading with Character” initiative, focusing on nurturing purposeful leadership, ethical decision-making, and personal growth across its academic and faculty community.
In Phase 2 of the project, Team Delta convened for an in-depth orientation and planning meeting, guided by their dedicated coach and assistant coaches. The session emphasized strategic goal-setting, collaborative problem-solving, and the practical application of character-driven leadership principles.
Through interactive discussions, scenario-based exercises, and planning sessions, participants explored ways to plant integrity, resilience, and accountability into both personal and professional contexts. The meeting reinforced Superior University’s commitment to bringing up faculty development, student mentorship, and integrated character mastery, ensuring that leadership is aligned with purpose and ethical practice.
This phase marks a significant step forward in equipping participants with the skills, mindset, and strategies to lead confidently, make impactful decisions, and positively influence their teams and the broader university community.
