The Superior University Alumni Office, in collaboration with the Training Forum, successfully hosted an engaging and insightful session titled “The CEO’s Perspective: Leading Beyond Limits”, featuring industry leader Mr. Zeeshan Hanif Qureshi, CEO of Deploy Group and Sparx Smartphones.
In an inspiring address, Mr. Qureshi shared his remarkable professional journey—from his early career at Samsung to his transformational leadership at QMobile, where he steered the brand to become Pakistan’s top smartphone company with the highest market share. His story reflected a deep understanding of market dynamics, strategic leadership, and innovation-driven growth.
Mr. Qureshi also offered a candid analysis of the challenges that eventually impacted QMobile’s trajectory. He highlighted critical issues such as insufficient focus on customer service, low investment in research and development, and missed opportunities for innovation, all of which contributed to the brand’s decline. His powerful message to participants was clear and timely:
