The Institute of Southern Punjab (ISP) Multan Hosts Fourth Regional Roundtable of Rectors’ Conference 2024

The fourth roundtable of the Rectors’ Conference 2024 took place at the Institute of Southern Punjab (ISP) in Multan, concentrating on the theme “Character Mastery: The Key to Achieving and Sustaining Success.” The event was hosted by ISP’s Rector, Dr. Asim Nazir Ahmad, with notable participation from leaders in higher education.

The esteemed presence of APSUP Chairman Prof. Dr. Chaudhry Abdul Rehman and Chief Spokesperson Mr. Mian Imran Masood highlighted the importance of the session. The roundtable engaged 27 academicians from 11 public and 16 private sector universities. The Rector of Superior University, Prof. Dr. Sumaira Rehman, moderated the session, drawing on insights from previous discussions to deepen the exploration of character mastery’s role in leadership and institutional integrity.

The event underscored how character mastery fosters both personal and professional growth, establishing a foundation for leadership centered on integrity and sustainable success. The participants explored the impact of character-focused development on institutional values, illustrating how it aligns academic standards with moral growth. The renewed emphasis on character mastery aims to transform Pakistan’s higher education landscape, shaping future leaders dedicated to driving positive change across society.
