
The Superior Women Empowerment Society successfully conducted a highly impactful session titled “Self-Defense & Life-Saving Skills Training by Rescue 1122,” aimed at equipping women with the essential tools to protect themselves and respond effectively in emergency situations.
Organized in collaboration with Rescue 1122, the training session featured expert-led demonstrations and hands-on exercises focused on personal safety, self-protection techniques, and first-response strategies. Participants actively engaged in practical drills, gaining firsthand experience in managing real-life scenarios with confidence and presence of mind.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from Rescue 1122 emphasized the importance of community-based training in strengthening individual and collective resilience. “When women are empowered with knowledge and skills, they not only protect themselves but also become a vital support system for others during crises,” one trainer remarked.
