In a powerful step towards embedding purpose-driven leadership across the institution, Chairman of The Superior Group, Prof. Dr. Ch. Abdul Rehman, led an exclusive learning session on Phase II of the Living the Quran Project on 6 June 2026, bringing together members of the Superior University community in a shared commitment to personal transformation and societal impact.
The session reflected Superior University’s ongoing mission to nurture future-ready leaders through the 3C Advantage Framework — Character, Courage, and Competence. Rooted in the timeless guidance of the Holy Quran, the initiative encourages participants to move beyond understanding divine teachings and translate them into meaningful actions that positively impact individuals, communities, and society.
The gathering brought together Deans, Heads of Departments, Directors, Success Advisors, faculty members, and staff, creating a collective platform for reflection, learning, and alignment around the University’s vision of developing purpose-driven leaders.
A key highlight of the session was the presentation of “Redefining Success,” a transformative book authored by Prof. Dr. Ch. Abdul Rehman, to 630 participants. The book offers a practical framework for applying Quranic principles to contemporary challenges, helping individuals align their personal and professional journeys with values-based leadership and meaningful impact.
The session reinforced the belief that true success is not measured solely by achievement, but by the ability to lead with character, act with courage, and contribute with competence. Through initiatives such as Living the Quran, Superior University continues to strengthen its commitment to developing leaders who are equipped to create positive change and contribute towards a Superior Pakistan.
