The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at Superior University proudly congratulates Tehreem Saif, an MPhil student at Azra Naheed Medical College, on the successful publication of her research in the Gomal Journal of Medical Sciences, a Scopus (Q4) and ESCI-indexed journal.

The research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Naseem Saud Ahmad and co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Asma Inam, who also served as co-authors. Titled “Piribedil, a Dopamine Agonist Modulates Glycemic Control in Diabetic Rat Model,” the study investigates the therapeutic potential of piribedil in improving glycemic control in diabetic rat models.

The findings contribute valuable scientific insights into diabetes research and highlight promising avenues for the development of innovative treatment strategies. This publication reflects the growing research culture at Superior University and its commitment to advancing impactful biomedical research that addresses real-world healthcare challenges.
